Rootbeer floats

Bonjour! 

This week was really good and flies by! We got to see our friend Didier who will baptised the 7th of July in Spain in the ocean.haha he wanted it like that. He's just a way chill dude who knows so much about the church and loves studying it. Please keep him in your prayers as he is far away so that he can continue to progress and be baptised 

! 

Another fun thing that happened this week is going on exchanges with the APS.  Haha I got to go with Thee Elder Romer. My trainer. It was great to work with him again! He's a great example Ive been able to look up to. Which made me think about how Important examples are. I encourage us all to pick un example from the book of Mormon that we will following and try and bee like. Follow their attributes. Then pick someone in your life currently.that could be your papa.your mama.  Your sisters or brother or friends. And then surtout choose qualities from Jesus Christ that you can work on. And be the example for others. Let your light shine. Don't be shy to show the example. Keep to the path and hold to the rod. Love you all! Have a good week!:):)

6/16 hours of sleep

Hello! 

Haha life's great as a missionary because I feel like bunch of stuff happens everyday. 

This week we had MLC. And our plan left at 7 in the morning which ment we had to get up at 4h30. Already sleep is limited on the mission. The next morning our plan was at 6h. Meaning getting up at 3h30. In a span of 2 days we were able To loose about 10 hours. 

When we got back we had a lesson with a member and her son. Her husband has passed away 3 years ago and she needs the missionarys and the elders to help move some bigger stuff. We get to her home. Say the prayer and all. Get ready to help her move the stuff and we try to get out. The key and lock were broken and didnt work. We were on the 5 story so we couldn't jump. Haha we were stuck for about 4 hours haha trying to get out and she was so funny calling everyone she knew. Even if they had no knowledge of locks. We had to miss stake conference because we were trapped. But stake conference on Sunday was really good. 

We had a RDV with one of our new amis this week. He saw us and he admired our faith. To Come and do what we do. He wants to have faith like we do. Hahaha we can do that. That's kinda our job:) 

We had some great lessons with families in the ward and this ward is a great ward.

Crossed the bridge et j'y suis

Hello dear family and friends. 

This past week was great and we got alot of stuff done. We started seeing the renaissance taking place. People were contacting us and asking us questions. It was great. I've also really been noticing and studying the reasons of why we NEEED the spirit with us. Our job as missionaries is to create an environment so that people can feel the spirit and choose to follow his promptings. 

So whole people have been searching us out to ask us questions. So has the opposite. And sometimes it's hard. But when we have the spirit to help us we are confident and posed. We know what we know and share what can be received. For example. I was on the tram with it crowded. This man made his way over to me to bother me. He starts taking to me and tells me how's he is Jesus and how everyone will be destroyed because the the wickedness. He was using alot of bad words and talking really strong and agressivly. I was calm and confident. He could see that and so he starting picking at me personally. Talking about my home country. And bashing it. Then taking my tag. He told me he( """ jesus"""" ) didn't have any need for me and that I wasn't worthy to be here. I'm grateful for the holy ghost that testified to me, calmed me, stregthend my testimony at that moment. I was able to stay calm and show the example of a worthy bearer of the name Jesus Christ. We will not be alone when we have the holy ghost 

The gospels is true. Blessings work. Fasting works. Prayers works. Dieu nous ecoute.  Il nous aime.

Oh yah and this week was transfers and I crossed the river to go to talance Bordeaux  ward:) 

I really loved Lormont ward but I'm excited getting to know talance.

Hiii family and friends 

This week was really good! It was the first week in my new sector! We hit the streets quite a bit  which felt really good! 

We had a baptism this week in our ward and we invited literally our whole phone! We had a few people come who were interested to learn more and see how we do it! One lady came and I got to talk to her after the service and she was really touched with the spirit. She said she wished that all baptismss were done like that and that she wished she had been baptised like that! I then invited her to be baptised! It's so awesome to see how the spirit works with others. And I've been able to learn alot with how the spirit works with me also! 

I also was able to see a family I got really close to in Agen this week! I saw Addison and anthéa! I'll send a pic below!

June 5th 

HII MOM! 

This week went really good! We had a busy week and all went well! We had our calls on Friday so that means that our next calles will be 5 weeks from this friday! Haha 

Wow sounds like alot of stuff is happening! Yes I'd love to see the photos of the shed and all comming down! That's a big project and that's excited for Jorden and his 7, 7. 

Haha the new presidents name is girod carrier ! Hes the son of the temple President his France. And he will be comming in in a few weeks and we have alot to prepare for! 

And yah looks like yes I will be staying in Bordeaux and so that's way fun! But I won't be working as closely with Antonia which will be sad! 

It was a sad transfer to leave elder Tairapa. We got really close grew alot and had alot of fun and got alot of work done. It's kinda weird being so close to them but at the same time just being away! Haha my ward thought it was funny when I told them! But I'll see them all every Sunday! So that's good! 

Haha umm I think maybe for the 13th you can make a mild cafe rio pork!
